Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Since the beginning of 2022, the State Tax Committee has considered 243 complaints received in accordance with the appeal procedure, totaling 1.36 trillion soums. Of them:

- on field tax audits - 21 complaints in the amount of 13.7 billion soums,

- on tax audits - 18 complaints in the amount of 239.4 billion soums,

- on cameral tax audits - 204 complaints in the amount of 1.11 trillion soums.

Due to the violation of the procedure for filing a complaint, the State Tax Committee left 65 complaints without consideration. Of these, 17 complaints are about field tax audits, 25 are complaints about the results of tax audits, and 23 are complaints about the results of in-house tax audits.

The State Tax Committee adopted:

- 82 decisions on leaving without satisfaction in the amount of 342.0 billion soums;

- 51 decisions on partial cancellation of decisions in the amount of 95.3 billion soums, while the amount of 326.5 billion soums remained in force;

- 110 decisions to cancel decisions of lower tax authorities in full for a total of 601.9 billion soums.
