The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company on 13 July 2012.

According to the prospectus of emission, Uzkimyosanoat will place 471,643 ordinary shares with par value of 11,063 soums each. Total sum of the emission made up 5.217 billion soums.

The shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription to the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan. The committee will pay to shares with money resources and property.

Uzkimyosanoat will receive 100% shares in Furkat UOTB with the estimated cost of 3.882 billion soums and 100% shares in Navbakhor UOTB with estimated cost of 1.333 billion soums. Other part for 2.56 million soums will be paid in cash.
