Grant Thornton Russian Appraisal is a member of Grant Thornton International and provides valuation services of Grant Thornton in Russia. Grant Thornton International is one of leading international organizations, uniting independent audit and consulting firms in over 100 countries of the world. Total revenue of Grant Thornton International in 2010 made up US$3.7 billion.

During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of introduction of the state land registry and real estate valuation, and others.

A. Nagaev, head of department on licensing valuation and exchange activity, informed the Russian delegation on processes in above mentioned directions in Uzbekistan.

In his turn, Sergey Tishakov underlined that the Russian side always is ready to cooperate with the State Property Committee in these directions.

At the end of the meeting, the sides agreed to hold regular working contact to further develop cooperation, the committee said.

As earlier reported, Grant Thornton International received a license to carry out valuation activity in Uzbekistan on 1 April 2011.
