It was found out that the State Patent Office issued decision on state registration of trademarks “We give odds to concrete” and Trotuar.uz for products of 29, 35 and 38 classes (concrete, clay brick, road construction materials, paving slabs, etc).

Use of word Trotuar by Trotuar- elit LLC and its sounding create confusion and can mislead consumers. The committee issued order to Trotuar-elit LLC and the violation was abolished.

The committee opened case against Navoi Don Invest LLC on illegal use of trademarks SARBAST and Eagle in background of sun.

Both of these trademarks belong to UzCarlsberg LLC in line with the issued state registration.

Navoi Don Invest LLC was ordered to eliminate violation and ordered to avoid such violations in future.
