State Demonopolization Committee eliminates unfair competition in braking fluids market
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
State Committee of Uzbekistan on Demonopolization and Development of Competition considered application of Obninskorgsintez OJSC, which faced unfair completion in sales of braking fluids in Uzbekistan by Tosol-Sintez Trading.
In the appeal, it was said that advertisement flyers, which had defaming information of braking fluids of other producers, were delivered along with ROSDOT 4 braking fluids of Tosol-Sintez Trading.
The flyers compare 26 types of braking fluids of various producers on various technical characteristics, including products of Obninskorgsintez OJSC. The flyers said that products of Obninskorgsintez are dubious as they do not meet requirements of Russian Federation, which is defaming information.
The State Demonopolization Committee said that actions of Tosol-Sintez contradict antimonopoly legislation and adopted measures on avoiding spread of these flyers.
