According to the decision of annual shareholders meeting, state commercial People’s Bank of Uzbekistan was renamed to the joint stock People’s Bank of Uzbekistan.

The corresponding changes to the charter capital were registered by the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on 20 July 2015, the statement of the Uzbek bank noted.

The bank said that legal addresses of headquarters and its branches, as well as payment entries, electronic addresses and contact phones did not change.
