Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market of Uzbekistan under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

Within the emission, the company will issue 29,691 ordinary shares. The par value is 20,000 soums. Total volume of the issue is 593.82 million soums.

The shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of shares with less par value to new ones.

According to the company, the part of shares for 50.47 million soums was paid on nominal value, while other part for 543.345 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income.
