European champions Spain will face Germany in a mouth-watering World Cup semifinal match after they narrowly beat Paraguay at Ellis Park, Johannesburg.
A late goal by David Villa was enough for the Spanish to claim victory and semifinal spot of the World Cup.
With eight minutes left the Barcelona striker bagged his fifth goal of the finals when his finish ricocheted off the inside of both posts before spinning over the line.
