South Korean films festival takes place in Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Art Palace named after Alisher Navoi hosted an opening ceremony of Cinema Festival of the Republic of Korea in Uzbekistan.
The festival, which will take place from 16 October to 19 October 2012, is held to strengthen friendly relations between two states and cooperation in culture sector.
The festival was organized in connection with the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Uzbekistan and South Korea.
The festival, which is also held in Jizzakh and Samarkand, will present such films as Peacemaker, Today, The Best Moment in Our Life, and Great Cook.
