The SPC press service said that the Korean delegation, which included 23 students of the institute, visited the committee on 12 July.
The visit was aimed at studying economy of Uzbekistan, familiarize with ongoing social-economic reforms in the country and exchange experience.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan, Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan and Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the Korean side familiarized with perspectives of investing in Uzbekistan, privatization processes, reforms related to transition to market economy and the Uzbek model of development.
The SPC press service said that the Korean side highly rated policy of Uzbekistan on step-by-step transition to market economy. The Korean delegation also expressed interest in conditions created for training specialists.
The sides also discussed perspectives of further development of relations between Uzbekistan and Korea.
