Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The President signed Law “On introducing amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with improving the system of providing public services and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of entities entrepreneurship."

The document introduces amendments and additions to 20 laws. They relate to different spheres of activity of citizens and the state.

Reducing bureaucracy

The requirement to provide copies of payment documents on payment of state duties, fees or other payments for consideration of applications by government agencies and other organizations or state registration is abolished, in particular when: 

creating banks, 

credit bureaus;

registration of parties, NGOs;

obtaining the status of a lawyer;

applying to arbitration courts;

inclusion in the Register of participants of the special economic zone.

Registration in the pension system

Registration of citizens who have reached 16 years of age in the funded pension system is carried out simultaneously with the issuance of identification ID cards.

Registration of citizens not included in the funded pension system until 1 June 2021, is carried out by the branch of the People's Bank at their place of residence using PINFL.

The period for consideration by the registration authority of an application for mass media registration is reduced (from 15 to 10 days).

The period for issuing a lawyer's certificate is reduced (2 business days).

Registration of legal entities will be carried out by public service centers. The amount of state duty for their registration is also reduced (1 size of basic estimated value).

To start the activities of a non-state archive, it is sufficient to notify the Uzarchive Agency.
