Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-November 2023, some 38,950 citizens from China visited Uzbekistan for tourism purposes, according to preliminary data from the Statistics Agency.

The main purposes of travel of citizens from the People’s Republic of China who entered Uzbekistan in 11 months of 2023:

rest and leisure – 32,693 people;

official – 4,387 people;

commercial – 916 people;

visiting relatives – 556 people;

other goals - 398 people.
