Some 34 objects were privatized in Uzbekistan in 1H
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Some 34 enterprises and objects (including programme and non-programme objects) were privatized in Uzbekistan in January-June 2012, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

The committee said that the greatest number of objects was privatized in the city of Tashkent – 21 objects.

In the structure of privatized state property, the highest share falls upon objects of local authorities – 30 objects.

Receipts of money from privatization and decentralization amounted to 11 billion soums in January-June 2012.

The most part of receipts received from decentralization and privatization was marked in Khorezm region (41.2% of total receipts) and the city of Tashkent (37.6%).
