The train includes highly skilled medical workers. After arriving to places, they will examine local population, first of all, women and children. Special attention will be paid to children with limited abilities, families with many children, and others.
At the same time, it is planned to hand over humanitarian aid for 31.5 million soums and for US$362,600. The aid includes medicaments, medical products, clothes, etc.
