The seminar “Virualization: how to find balance between productivity and security” was organized by Softline International and Kaspersky Lab. It attracted top-managers, heads and employees of IT departments of various businesses in Uzbekistan.

The seminar was dedicated to key advantages of virtualization, which allow to find balance between productivity and security of virtual environments. The participants also considered anti-virus protection of IT environment.

Erjan Kaliev, engineer of pre-sales support of Kaspersky Lab in Kazakhstan, Central Asia and Mongolia, briefed the participants on specifics of virtual environment in the context of information security, protect information technologies, etc.

He said that Kaspersky Security will allow to protect threats to virtual environment. Agent-free technology of protection of virtual technologies will decrease load of virtual machine, Kaliev said.

The seminar also presented corporate portal DeskWork, which allows to automatize working processes and collective collaboration.
