The document approved proposal of the State Property Committee, Economy Ministry, Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade Ministry, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and businesses on creation of the Association of small business and private entrepreneurship.

The document said the main tasks of the association are to assist in modernization and re-equipment of small businesses, attracting foreign investments and credit resources, carrying out marketing researches, assisting in production of new competitive goods and their promotion in internal and external markets.

The association will also render information services to enterprises and organizations, which are members of the association, help in re-training and improving skills of small businesses’ employees.
