The presentations were held within the business seminars, which were organized by Embassy of Uzbekistan in Spain in cooperation with the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Madrid and Barcelona.

Business seminars’ participants in Madrid and Barcelona received information on the SISF project, which is directed at providing microloans to women, who start their own business, to improve their economic conditions and improve family life standards, etc.

Taking into account significant role of businesswomen, including in farm activity in Spain, the sides expressed interest in cooperation in this area.

Representatives of Ministry for Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Agency for information support and assistance of foreign investments Uzinfocom participated at the business forums.

During the events, the Uzbek delegation presented information on development of small and private business in Uzbekistan and perspectives of cooperation with business from Spain.
