During the session, Senators will consider over 20 issues, including 15 laws, of which five are new, seven are amendments to existing laws, and three are on ratification of international agreements.
Among the documents are law “On credit information exchange”, law “On introduction of changes and amendments to law “On bankruptcy”, law “On introduction of changes and amendments to law “On licensing separate types of activities”.
Senators will also consider reports of the chairperson of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan on the regulator’s activity for 2010 and Human rights commissioner of Oliy Majlis (Ombudsman).
Senate will also introduce changes to structure of the Constitution Court, Supreme Court and Supreme Economic Court.
Upper house of parliament will also discuss other issues of its jurisdiction.
