Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Chinese company Yutong has delivered six electric buses to Samarkand. This was reported in the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan.

“Measures are being taken in Samarkand to improve the quality of transport services to the population, create additional amenities for passengers, and improve the urban public transport system,” the agency notes.

Earlier it was reported about the purchase of 100 modern electric buses this year in order to upgrade the rolling stock of urban public transport in Samarkand.
