Sino to issue shares for 116m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Sino open joint stock company registered an emission of shares at the size for 116 million soums, which will be placed among shareholders.

The Center for coordinating and controlling securities market of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

The company will issue 580,008 ordinary shares with par value of 200 soums each. Total volume of emission will make up 116 million soums.

Shares of the emission will be placed among shareholders based on their holdings in the company, the company added.

Sion has been commissioned in 1973. The enterprise specializes on production of refrigerators and deep-freezers. The capacity of the plant is 250,000 units of products a year.
