According to the company, the Center for coordination and development of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of the Uzbek insurance company.

Within the emission, the company will place 442,000 shares, of which 441,500 are ordinary and 500 preferential stocks. Total volume of the issue is 4,276,858,300 soums.

According to the website of the company, Open joint stock insurance company SILK ROAD INSURANCE was founded on 28 November 1991. Its formed charter capital makes up over 4.167 billion soums.

The company has a license, which allows it to work on 13 classes of insurance. It offers over 30 insurance products to legal entities and individuals.
