According to the decision of shareholders, the insurance company will direct 942,860 soums to payment of dividends on preferential stocks. The size of the dividend makes up 1,885.72 soums.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 500, the company’s statement said.

The shareholders directed 2.413 million soums to formation of reserve fund. Other part of net income at the size of 44.903 million soums was directed to cover losses of previous years.
