One of them happened yesterday in Tashkent. A woman approached the check-in counter of the local airlines terminal and handed the agent a document that, according to her, was an air ticket for the Tashkent-Termez flight.

However, the document turned out to be just a printout of the reservation for this flight. The woman claimed that such a “ticket” was sold to her at one of the ticket offices in the city. After calling the air ticket office, the money was returned, the passenger bought an air ticket at the airport ticket office and flew to Termez.

In this regard, the company reminds that tickets for the flights of the Silk Avia regional airline can only be purchased at airport ticket offices or online on the company’s official website. When buying tickets online, make sure that your personal and contact details are correct and correct.
