Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister for Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Sadikov met with the Vice President, Head of Nokia Networks for Central East Europe, Central Asia Mikko Lavanti.
