Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- An 18-year-old student Timur Bekmansurov opened the shooting at Perm State National Research University this morning. As a result, 5 people died, 6 were injured. The exact data on the dead and injured are being specified. During the arrest the criminal was wounded by the police. The TFR opened a criminal case into the murder.

Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin instructed the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia to investigate the criminal case initiated into the shooting at the University of Perm. This was reported by the press service of the department.

Employees of the criminalistics center of the Investigative Committee of Russia were sent to the scene to provide practical assistance in the investigation.
