Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan national team striker and AS Roma forward Eldor Shomurodov became the hero of the Serie A Matchday 33 clash against Verona, delivering a crucial win for his team.

Starting the match, Shomurodov opened the scoring in the 4th minute by finishing off a cross from Matías Soulé on the right flank. The striker calmly slotted the ball into an empty net.

Eldor played 82 minutes before being substituted by Stephan El Shaarawy. The score remained unchanged until the final whistle, securing a narrow victory and three valuable points for Roma.
