Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has returned from his working leave, the presidential press service stated.

In the coming days, a series of meetings chaired by the President are planned, during which important socio-economic issues facing the country will be discussed.

Additionally, it is expected that the President of Uzbekistan will make a state visit to Kazakhstan, where he will participate in the upcoming Consultative Meeting of Central Asian Heads of State and the "Central Asia + Japan" summit in Astana.

Later in the week, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida is scheduled to visit Uzbekistan on an official visit.
