Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at the invitation of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi, left for this country on an official visit.

Today, in the Iranian capital, the head of our state will meet with President Ibrahim Raisi and the Supreme Spiritual Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei.

During the upcoming high-level talks, topical issues of further development of Uzbek-Iranian multifaceted relations and practical cooperation in priority areas will be considered. An exchange of views on the regional agenda will take place.
