At this mournful moment, when your family suffered a grave loss, we express our condolences to Your Excellency and all your loved ones, as well as to the fraternal and friendly people of Turkmenistan,” the letter says.

The head of our state also sent condolences to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
