General shareholders’ meeting issued 185.22 million soums (5% of net income) to reserve fund and 277.83 million soums (7.5%) to remuneration.

The company directed 50% of net income or 1.852 billion soums to payment of dividends, of which 57.919 million soums on preferential shares and 1.794 billion soums on ordinary shares.

Ozbekiston Pochtasi will pay 255.4 soums of dividends for preferential shares or 20% from par value of share.

The company will pay 223.91 soums of dividends for ordinary share or 17.53% from nominal value of shares.

Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 8,240,228 shares, of which 8,013,450 shares are ordinary and 226,778 are preferential stocks.

Shareholders allocated 1.389 billion soums (37.5%) of net income to modernization of postal communication network, further introduction and development of services, based on modern ICT.
