Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- SG Engineering and Development has acquired a state stake in UzGASHKLITI LLC.

The cost of the transaction for the purchase of 100% shares of UzGASHKLITI LLC amounted to 133.7 billion soums.

The AUGA notes that the proposed price of SG Engineering and Development is higher than the price range proposed by other bidders, as well as the estimated market value of the state share calculated by the Consultant and an independent appraisal organization.

By decision of the State Tender Commission, the offer of this applicant was recognized as the best offer.

The State Design Research Institute of Engineering Surveys in Construction, Geoinformatics and Urban Cadastre (UzGASHKLITI) was founded in 1963. In August 2021, it was transformed into an LLC.
