Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A new segment for labor migrants working in the Republic of Uzbekistan has been launched in the mobile app "Work in the EAEU," developed by the Digital Initiatives Fund of the Eurasian Development Bank (DIF EDB).
Now, users moving to the country for employment can access all the necessary services for employment directly from their smartphones.
Within this segment of the app, migrants can search for current job vacancies in Uzbekistan, apply to government bodies for a Personal Identification Number (PINFL) and a registration card, and use taxpayer services for legal employment. Additionally, users will have access to information on obtaining an IT visa, work permits, visa regimes, and other important aspects of labor migration.
The app also includes services for finding accommodation and purchasing air and train tickets. It is expected that the number of available services for labor migrants moving to Uzbekistan will continue to grow, covering new government and commercial services. Currently, 19 services are available in the Uzbekistan segment.
Furthermore, the app provides comprehensive information on the legal acts regulating labor activity in Uzbekistan.
