Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Khududgaztaminot JSC continues to introduce digital technologies in the process of providing services to consumers. Now it is possible to conclude an agreement for the supply of natural gas between the gas supply organization and new consumers in real time. 
 
This service in electronic form was developed by the Digitalization Department of Khududgaztaminot JSC. Its main goal is to simplify the relationship between consumers and natural gas suppliers, save citizens’ time, complete paperwork and, most importantly, prevent potential corruption risks. Now, to conclude an agreement for gas supply services and open a personal account, citizens no longer need to go to the gas supply organization. To become a subscriber and use gas supply services, you must submit documents online.
 
Currently, new service operating on a test basis. Temporarily, it can only be used through your personal account on the website of Khududgaztaminot JSC. Upon completion of the tests, the service will be available through the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services.
 
To conclude an agreement for the supply of natural gas and receive a personal account, the consumer must first register in personal account. The registration process is carried out through the Unified Identification System (One ID) or mobile phone number. When registering through One ID, all consumer information is filled in automatically. When registering by phone number, personal data is filled in by the subscriber himself.
 
After registering in the personal account, the consumer must go to the Applications section, select the type of house, and then enter the personal data necessary to draw up an electronic contract (passport data, PINFL, INN, registration number, cadastral number, district gas supply department, attach a copy of an identity card or passports, file with information about the gasification project). At the end of all stages, you must send a request to the administrators.
 
Specialists of Khududgaztaminot JSC review applications within 3-5 working days. Information about the approval of the contract will be sent as an SMS message to the phone number specified in your personal account. After this, the subscriber signs the document with his own electronic digital signature. After successful completion of all stages, information about opening a personal account will be sent to the consumer in the form of an SMS message.
