Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Rustam Azimov presented the draft of budget for next year.

It was noted that the state budget was prepared in line with priority directions of economic reforms, state-budget policy, further development of social, economic and cultural sphere. The budget envisages to raise salaries, pensions, allowances and stipends.

The budget allocates funds to realization of state programmes on development of public schools, preparation of staff, improvement of medical staff and services, etc.

It was said that the work on improvement of treasury mechanism on implementation of state budget to ensure effective and efficient control over use of budget resources.

The senators approved the state budget for next year.
