Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 July, a meeting was held in the Senate with the Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Judicial and Legal Affairs and Anti-Corruption, Shukhrat Chulliev, and representatives of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the senator informed about the current efforts to improve migration processes in the country and outlined upcoming tasks for the future.

Representatives of the International Organization for Migration highly praised the work being done in Uzbekistan in the field of migration and provided recommendations for further improvements in this area.

As a result of the meeting, an agreement was reached on joint work in the field of migration.
