The document should strengthen legal base and execution of laws on road traffic security, protection of life and health of citizens, their legal interests and rights, as well as their property and environment.

The law in new edition firmly regulates main principles of ensuring road traffic security, public administration, participation of public in organization of this work.

The document also sets requirements to quality of laws and legal entities, which use vehicles, train and re-train drivers, sets rights and liabilities of the road traffic participants.
