During the discussions, Senators underlined that introduction of changes are directed at improving efficient mechanism of ensuring equal rights to MPs, political parties to hold pre-election campaign.

Senators stated that implementation of the law will ensure full execution of principle of election freedom, democratization of election system, strengthen principle of openness and transparency in preparation and organization of pre-election campaigns.
