“Sen Yolg’iz Emassan” delivers aid to Kyrgyz refugees
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 15 June, “Sen Yolg’iz Emassan” (You are not alone) charity sent a 120 kg humanitarian aid to the refugee camps in Andijan region.

The cargo included food, water, medicals and blankets. The charity volunteers are already at places, rendering necessary assistance to refugees. According to the information of volunteers, there are about 45 camps in Andijan, 12-13 out of which are the biggest ones, six of which have been covered by the charity humanitarian aid up to the moment.

“After tragic events that took place in Osh, we even better acknowledged what a great wealth is Piece. Burning houses, violence against ordinary population, and fear in eyes of our children – all of these plunged us into the shock and panic. We are very grateful to Uzbekistan and all people helping us in such hard days” said 82-years old refugee Raimjon Alijonov.

For those who wish to render humanitarian assistance, the charity launched a hot line, helping to deliver necessary things (antibiotics, hygiene and sanitation goods for women and children, blankets, closes for children and others) from Tashkent to the camps of refugees. Starting from 17 June, the receiving point for humanitarian aid will operate in the building of School #17 in Tashkent.
