Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 21 January, employees of the Ministry of Finance and the Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Finance held a seminar for students of the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on new projects implemented in information systems.

At the event, students of the Academy were provided with detailed information on the functionality of a number of projects used in the Ministry's system.

In particular, projects aimed at optimizing a number of processes, such as the automation of payment orders of budgetary organizations in the public finance management information system, the coverage of foreign currency transactions in the treasury execution of budgetary organizations, information system of the cameral control, the Unified Social Security Register information system, transfer of the free funds from the Unified Treasury Account to bank deposits, automation of the process of formation of the tariff tables and estimates, ensuring transparency in budget execution (portal openbudget.uz) and also ensuring transparency in the tendering, bidding, signing direct contracts with suppliers.

Students of the Banking and Finance Academy took an active part in the discussions and received detailed answers from experts to their questions.
