UNFPA and the Republic Centre of Education Conduct Workshop on Teaching the Basics of Healthy Generation Educational Course

On 1 April 2008 the Republic Centre of Education under the Ministry of Public Education of Uzbekistan with technical and financial support of UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, started conducting a series of seminars for secondary education professionals on teaching the Basics of Healthy Generation educational course to secondary school students.

UNFPA Helps Opening the Centre for Women’s Social and Legal Support in Termez

Recently the opening ceremony of the Centre for Women’s Social and Legal Support took place in Termez. This Center established by Women’s Committee of Uzbekistan with financial and technical assistance from UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund in Uzbekistan, is established under aegis of Women’s Committee.
