Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 7:00 AM on 24 April until 30 May, a section of Uzbekistan Ovozi Street in the Mirzo-Ulugbek district will be temporarily closed. The closure affects the stretch from the intersection with Yakhyo Gulyamov Street to Shakhrisabz Street, according to the district administration’s press service.

The traffic restriction is due to large-scale infrastructure modernization works.

The project aims to transform the street into a public space that operates around the clock, meeting the needs of residents and modern urban planning standards.

The district administration has apologized for any inconvenience caused by the temporary restriction.
