During the meeting, the sides will consider issues of deepening economic and humanitarian cooperation with the CIS with focus on increasing it efficiency. The special attention will be given to economic and trade, finance, science and technology, agriculture, education and healthcare.

Prime Ministers will also discuss perspectives of attraction of the SCO Business Council and SCO Interbank Union to implementation of projects within the organization.

It is expected that the SCO states will approve budget of the organization for 2011 and adopt decision on financing and organizational issues. The joint communiqué will be signed in the result of the talks.
