Participants of the session reached agreement on development of “green economy” and ensure sustainable social-economic development of the SCO member-states.

The members of the Association promised to adhere to the SCO Charter and agreement of the Association to develop mechanism of financing and provide resources to large projects, which promote regional economic development, social process and environment protection, boost cooperation in energy sector, fell attention to “green economy”, etc.

Interbank Association of the SCO focuses on supporting regional economic cooperation. It was founded on 26 October 2005. The Association unites authorized banks of the SCO member states – Kazakhstan Development Bank, Vnesheconombank (Russia), Tajikistan State Saving Bank “Amonatbonk”, National Bank for Foreign Economic Activity of Uzbekistan. In 2008, Eurasian Development Bank became partner of the Association.
