The starting price of Sayohat Hotel is 41.632 billion soums and Versal Restaurant is 37.5 billion soums, the announcement said.

Ko’p Tarmoqli Ko’chmas Mulk Savdo LLC is an organizer of the auction. The auction will be held on 7 December 2011. If the objects are not realized, another auctions will be held on 23 December 2011 and 6 January 2012.

Central Bank of Uzbekistan withdrew licenses of the private open joint-stock commercial bank Alp Jamol Bank on 13 March 2010.

The decision was adopted in line with article 53 of Law “On Central Bank of Uzbekistan” and article 14 of the Law “On banks and banking activity” due to violation of banking legislation.
