Sanjar Tursunov to join Russian club

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan international midfielder Sanjar Tursunov will become a player of football club Gazovik (Orenburg), which plays its trade in the first division of the Russian league.

Gazovik head coach Robert Evdokimov said that Tursunov will join his new team on Sunday, Sportbox.ru reported.

Evdokimov said that Tursunov is a winger and he liked him when he played for Russian sides Volga and Alaniya. He said that Tursunov will strengthen his team.

As reported earlier, Sanjar Tursunov joined Locomotive Tashkent in early 2013.
