Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Saneg launched its own overhaul equipment workshop. The machine shop is located on the territory of the company’s production unit in Karshi and is intended for the repair and manufacture of spare parts for well workover equipment (WOC).

The workshop performs work on cutting, turning, milling, grinding parts on universal machines and machines with numerical control (CNC). The presence of CNC machines allows to process samples and parts of "high" accuracy.

The opening of our own workshop will optimize the cost of purchasing spare parts and reduce the duration of repair work at the wells.

“While the well is being repaired, we cannot produce the product. Our task is to complete the repair work as quickly as possible and avoid production downtime,” says Sergey Ryabov, Chief Engineer of Saneg. – Previously, the supply of factory parts was provided by the logistics service. This often delayed the process. Now we do not depend on external factors and can cover the need for repairs or the manufacture of spare parts ourselves.”

The equipment park of the new workshop covers all areas of machining and repair. Over the past month, more than 100 cutters, 40 reamers, 70 drill pipes, more than 30 lead seals have been manufactured in the workshop for the needs of the workover service, and more than 20 packers and other emergency tools have been repaired.
