Sandro Rtveladze brings over 15 years of experience in international banking and fintech, with a particular emphasis on digital transformation and corporate culture development.

He holds degrees in engineering, social sciences, and finance from leading European universities, highlighting his diverse professional background.

Rtveladze previously served as Deputy General Director at OTP Bank in Russia, was the General Director of TBC Bank in Uzbekistan, and held key positions in retail banking across several African countries.

In his new role at "Ipoteka Bank," Sandro Rtveladze will oversee the enhancement of digital services and the optimization of operational activities to improve customer service quality. The bank plans to introduce innovative products and services to meet the evolving needs of clients and increase the accessibility of banking operations.
