The decision on inclusion of Samarkand Automobile Plant LLC and Elholding to the registrar was adopted due to relatively high and stable share in markets.

The committee said that Samarkand Automobile Plant holds dominating position on production and realization of cargoes and buses, while Elholding dominates in production and realization of educational laboratory equipment.

The study revealed that these two enterprises have no competitors in Uzbekistan. Their market share for 2008-2009 and the first half of 2010 made up 65% for Samarkand Automobile Plant and 35-65% for Elholding.
