The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered the prospectus of emission of the company.

The company will place 26,226 ordinary and 90 preferential shares with par value of 26,000 soums each. Total vlume of the emission is 684.216 million soums.

The shares of the emission will be placated on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares to new ones.

The part of the emission for 60.527 million soums was paid, while other part for 623.689 million soums will be paid due to undistributed income of previous years.
