Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Samarkand hotel "Afrosiyob Palace" was put up for auction.

It is important to note that Afrosiyob Palace is a former hotel complex in the city center, located opposite the Gur-Emir mausoleum and Amir Temur Avenue, 400 meters from Registan Square, 15 minutes walk from the mosque Bibikhanym.

It is noteworthy that ancient Samarkand is a large market for tourism services for both foreign and local tourists.

It is planned to hold an auction with an initial purchase price of 27,432,946,350.0 soums at market prices.

The auction will take place on 7 December. Building area is 10,195.3 square meters, total land area: 1.88 hectares.
